I remember that I'd always seem to get pennies on the dollar for my books..

One semester I took a book to sell. It cost 60 bucks or so. I figured I get 15 or 10 when I went to sell it back. I got nothing. Apparently the course was only taught one semester out of the year, so they didn't want the book since they wouldn't be selling it next semester.
